Your role
- Advise managers on all HR topics
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and talent development
- Coordinate HR processes across both countries
- Contribute to employer branding
Your profile
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of Belgian labour law
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
- People-oriented and pragmatic
